Our production offer of sprockets and ITR segments for mini excavators includes a wide selection of track-driven machine models.
From mini excavators to mining machines. Drive wheels, including sprockets, are produced through casting, while segments are manufactured by forging.
Drive wheels are cast, machined, and heat-treated products, ideal for use in excavators and other tracked machines operating in similar conditions.

Drive Wheels ITR - Functionality
Drive wheels with bolt mounting. Learn how to properly tighten them using the machine's manual. Ensure you have information on the sprocket bolt assembly and the appropriate torque.
Functions: Transferring drive loads from the main transmission to the track via bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, crack resistance. Drive wheels are manufactured to fit the bushings precisely. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure proper equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted drive wheels: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - transferring wheels to opposite sides of the machine can increase the wheel's lifespan. Drive wheel rings are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, providing nearly double the hardening depth of ordinary steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.
Our production of sprockets and ITR segments for mini excavators supports a wide range of machine models, especially those with drive wheels, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
