Features: Transfer of drive loads from the main transmission to the track through bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, resistance to cracking. Drive Wheels are manufactured to fit precisely with the bushings. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure proper equipment installation. Advantages of bolted drive wheels: Limited maintenance and reduced downtime. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - transferring wheels to opposite sides of the machine can increase the lifespan of the drive wheel. Drive wheel rims are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, which provides nearly twice the hardening depth than regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.
