Our range of sprockets and ITR segments for mini excavators includes a wide selection of track-driven machine models.
From mini excavators to mining machines. Drive sprocket, including sprockets, are produced through casting, while segments are manufactured through forging.
Drive sprocket are cast products, machined and heat-treated, ideal for use in excavators and other undercarriage machines operating in similar conditions.

Drive sprocket ITR - Functionality
Drive sprocket with bolt mounting. Learn how to properly tighten them using the machine's operating manual. Get information on sprocket bolt assembly and the appropriate torque.
Features: Transferring drive loads from the main transmission to the track via bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, resistance to cracking. Drive sprocket are produced to fit precisely with the bushings. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure proper equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted drive wheels: Limited maintenance and reduced downtime. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - transferring wheels to opposite sides of the machine can increase the wheel's lifespan. Drive wheel rims are forged or cast from deeply hardened steel, providing nearly twice the hardening depth compared to ordinary steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.
Our production of sprockets and ITR segments for mini excavators supports a wide selection of machine models, especially those with drive wheels, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
