Drive Wheels ITR - Functionality
Drive wheels with bolt mounting. Learn how to properly tighten them by using the machine's user manual. Ensure you have information regarding the sprocket bolt assembly and the appropriate torque.
Features: Transferring drive loads from the main gear to the track through bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, resistance to cracking. Drive wheels are manufactured to fit the bushings precisely. Strictly controlled production processes ensure proper equipment assembly. Advantages of bolt-on drive wheels: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - moving wheels to opposite sides of the machine can increase the drive wheel's lifespan. Drive wheel rims are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, providing nearly twice the hardening depth compared to regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardness 50 – 55 HRC.
Our production of ITR sprockets and segments for mini excavators supports a wide selection of machine models, especially those with drive wheels, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
