Von Minibaggern bis zu Bergbaumaschinen. Die Kettenräder werden im Gussverfahren hergestellt, während die Segmente geschmiedet werden.

Zahnräder sind Gussteile, maschinell bearbeitet und wärmebehandelt und werden allgemein für Bagger oder andere Maschinen mit Fahrwerk verwendet, die in ähnlichen Anwendungen eingesetzt werden.

ITR Antriebsräder – Funktionalität

Verschraubung. Anzugverfahren siehe Betriebsanleitung der Maschine. Wichtig ist, Informationen zur Montage der Schraube des Kettenrades und zur Drehmoment-Spezifikation zu erhalten.

Funktionen: Übertragung der Antriebskräfte vom Hauptgetriebe auf die Kette über die Buchsen. Haltbarkeit mindestens entsprechend einer Buchsenseite, Bruchfestigkeit. Kettenräder werden so gefertigt, dass sie genau auf die Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Fertigungsprozesse zur Sicherstellung des korrekten Zusammenbaus der Bauteile. Vorteile von angeschraubten Kettenrädern: Eingeschränkte Wartung und kürzere Stillstandszeiten. Kein Risiko von Unwuchten. Reversibel – das Umschrauben der Räder auf die Gegenseite der Maschine kann die Lebensdauer des Kettenrades erhöhen. Die Antriebsradkränze sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tief gehärtetem Stahl, der etwa die doppelte Härtetiefe gegenüber normalem Stahl bietet. Material SCMn3A. Härte 50 – 55 HRC.
