Drive Wheels ITR - Functionality
Ensure secure installation of drive wheels. The machine's operating manual provides the method for tightening the mounting bolts. They provide key information regarding the installation of the sprocket bolt and torque.
Reliable drive wheels ensure effective transmission of drive loads from the main gearbox to the track through bushings, guaranteeing durability and resistance to cracking. Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment assembly, and the reversibility of drive wheels allows for extended lifespan by transferring them to opposite sides of the machine. The sprocket rims are made of deep-hardened steel, making them extremely durable and wear-resistant. Thanks to SCMn3A material and hardening at the level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive wheels are ready to withstand even the toughest working conditions.
