The ITR drive wheel range includes products that fit various machines, from JCB® 8008 (machine operating weight 0.95 tons) to KOMATSU® PC 1250 (machine operating weight 110 tons). Our drive wheels are available for a wide range of machines, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Drive Wheels ITR - Functionality

Drive Wheels with bolt mounting. Learn how to properly tighten them using the machine's operating manual. Ensure you have the information regarding the mounting of the sprocket bolt and the proper torque.

Features: Transferring drive loads from the main transmission to the track through bushings. Durability equal to at least one bushing side, crack resistance. Drive Wheels are manufactured to fit the bushings precisely. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure correct equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted drive wheels: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - switching wheels to opposite sides of the machine can increase the lifespan of the drive wheel. The rims of the drive wheels are forged or cast from deeply hardened steel, which provides nearly twice the hardening depth of ordinary steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.

Die Antriebsräder werden so hergestellt, dass sie exakt auf die Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Herstellungsprozesse zur Gewährleistung einer korrekten Montage der Baugruppe. Vorteile von angeschraubten Antriebsrädern: Geringerer Wartungsaufwand und kürzere Stillstandszeiten. Kein Risiko von Nicht-Achsen-Übereinstimmung.
Wendbar – die Übertragung der Räder auf die gegenüberliegende Maschinenseite kann die Lebensdauer des Antriebsrads verlängern. Die Zahnringe der Antriebsräder sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tiefgehärtetem Stahl, der eine annähernd doppelt so große Härtetiefe wie normaler Stahl bietet. Material SCMn3A. Härtung 50 – 55 HRC.
