Advantages of bolted drive wheels: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - moving wheels to opposite sides of the machine can increase the lifespan of the drive wheel. The rims of the drive wheels are forged or cast from deeply hardened steel, which provides nearly double the hardening depth than regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.
