Drive wheels ITR - Functionality

Drive wheels with bolt mounting. Find out how to properly tighten them using the machine's manual. Get information on sprocket bolt installation and the appropriate torque.

Features: Transferring drive loads from the main transmission to the track through bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, resistance to cracking. Drive wheels are manufactured to fit the bushings precisely. Tightly controlled production processes to ensure proper equipment installation. Advantages of bolt-on drive wheels: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - switching the wheels to the opposite sides of the machine can extend the drive wheel's lifespan. Drive wheel rims are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, providing nearly twice the hardening depth of regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.
