Drive Wheels ITR - Functionality

Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment installation, and the reversibility of the drive wheels allows for increased lifespan by transferring them to opposite sides of the machine. The crowns of the drive wheels are made of deep-hardened steel, making them extremely durable and wear-resistant. Thanks to the SCMn3A material and hardening at the 50 – 55 HRC level, our drive wheels are ready to withstand even the toughest working conditions.
