Functions: Transferring drive loads from the main gearbox to the track through bushings. Durability at least equal to one side of the bushing, resistance to cracking. Drive sprocket are manufactured to fit bushings precisely. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure correct equipment assembly. Advantages of bolt-on sprockets: Limited maintenance and shorter downtime. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - moving the sprockets to opposite sides of the machine can extend the sprocket's lifespan. Sprocket rims are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, providing nearly twice the hardening depth of regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.

ITR Antriebsräder - Funktionalität

Funktionen: Übertragung der Antriebslasten vom Hauptgetriebe auf die Kette durch Buchsen. Haltbarkeit mindestens auf einer Buchsenseite, rissfest. Antriebsräder sind so gefertigt, dass sie genau zu den Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Produktionsprozesse zur Gewährleistung einer korrekten Montage der Baugruppe. Vorteile verschraubter Antriebsräder: Begrenzter Wartungsaufwand und kürzere Stillstandszeiten. Kein Risiko von Achsversatz.
Wendbar – das Tauschen der Antriebsräder auf die gegenüberliegende Seite der Maschine kann die Lebensdauer des Antriebsrades verlängern. Die Zahnringe der Antriebsräder sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tief gehärtetem Stahl, der eine fast doppelt so große Härtetiefe bietet wie gewöhnlicher Stahl. Material SCMn3A. Härte 50 – 55 HRC.
