ITR Sprockets for JCB 8080 8085

The range of ITR sprockets includes equipment from JCB® 8008 (operating weight of the machine 0.95 tons) to KOMATSU® PC 1250 (operating weight of the machine 110 tons).

ITR Sprockets - Functionality

Bolted mounting. The method of tightening is specified in the machine's operating manual. It is important to obtain information regarding the installation of the track sprocket bolt and the torque specifications.

Functions: Transmitting drive loads from the main gearbox to the track via the bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, crack resistance. Track sprockets are produced to fit precisely to the bushings. Strictly controlled manufacturing processes to ensure proper equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted track sprockets: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - transferring sprockets to the opposite sides of the machine can increase the lifespan of the track sprocket. The crowns of the sprockets are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, which provides nearly twice the hardening depth compared to regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.

The production of sprockets and segments by ITR for mini excavators is suitable for a wide selection of models of crawler-driven machines.

ITR Antriebsräder - Funktionalität

Befestigung mit Schrauben. Die Anzugsmethode ist im Maschinenhandbuch beschrieben. Es ist wichtig, Informationen über die Montage der Kettenradschrauben und die Spezifikationen des Drehmoments einzuholen.

Funktionen: Übertragung der Antriebsbelastungen vom Hauptgetriebe auf die Kette durch Buchsen. Lebensdauer mindestens gleich der einer Buchsenseite, rissbeständig. Antriebsräder werden so hergestellt, dass sie exakt auf die Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Produktionsprozesse, um eine korrekte Montage der Bauteile zu gewährleisten. Vorteile von angeschraubten Kettenrädern: Eingeschränkte Wartung und kürzere Ausfallzeiten. Kein Risiko von Unwuchten. Umkehrbar - das Umsetzen der Räder auf die gegenüberliegende Seite der Maschine kann die Lebensdauer des Kettenrades verlängern. Die Flansche der Antriebsräder sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tief gehärtetem Stahl, der eine fast doppelt so große Härtetiefe wie normaler Stahl bietet. Material SCMn3A. Härte 50 – 55 HRC.

Die Produktion der ITR Zahnräder und Segmente für Minibagger eignet sich für eine breite Auswahl an Modellen von Kettenfahrwerk-Maschinen.
