Ensure the proper installation of drive wheels. The machine's operating manual provides information on tightening the bolt mounts. They provide critical information regarding the installation of the sprocket bolt and torque.
Reliable drive wheels ensure effective transmission of drive loads from the main gearbox to the track through bushings, which guarantees durability and resistance to cracking. Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment assembly, and the reversibility of the drive wheels allows for extended life by swapping them to opposite sides of the machine. The rims of the drive wheels are made of deeply hardened steel, making them extremely durable and resistant to wear. With SCMn3A material and hardening at a level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive wheels are ready to withstand even the toughest working conditions.
