ITR Sprockets for CASE CX75 CX80 CX85 CX90

The range of ITR sprockets includes equipment from JCB® 8008 (operating weight of the machine 0.95 tons) to KOMATSU® PC 1250 (operating weight of the machine 110 tons).

ITR Sprockets - Functionality

Bolted mounting. The method of tightening is described in the machine's operating manual. It is important to obtain information regarding the installation of the track chain wheel bolt and the torque specifications.

Functions: Transferring drive loads from the main gearbox to the track through the bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, crack resistance. Track sprockets are produced to fit precisely to the bushings. Strictly controlled manufacturing processes to ensure proper equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted track sprockets: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - transferring sprockets to the opposite sides of the machine can increase the lifespan of the track sprocket. The crowns of the sprockets are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, which provides nearly twice the hardening depth compared to regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.

Vorteile von verschraubten Kettenrädern: Weniger Wartung und kürzere Ausfallzeiten. Kein Risiko von Fehlachsen. Umschaltbar - das Versetzen der Räder auf gegenüberliegende Seiten der Maschine kann die Lebensdauer des Kettenrades verlängern. Die Zahnringe der Antriebsräder sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tiefgehärtetem Stahl, der fast die doppelte Härteindringtiefe wie normaler Stahl bietet. Material SCMn3A. Härte 50 – 55 HRC.

Die Herstellung der Zahnräder und Segmente von ITR für Minibagger ist geeignet für eine breite Auswahl an Kettenantrieb-Maschinenmodellen.
