The range of ITR drive sprockets includes equipment from JCB® 8008 (machine operating weight 0.95 tons) to KOMATSU® PC 1250 (machine operating weight 110 tons).

Drive Sprockets ITR - Functionality

Bolt mounting. The method of tightening is in the machine's user manual. It is important to obtain information about the installation of the sprocket bolt and torque specifications.

Functions: Transferring drive loads from the main gearbox to the track via bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, resistance to cracking. Sprockets are manufactured to fit precisely with the bushings. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure proper equipment installation. Advantages of bolted sprockets: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - transferring the sprockets to the opposite sides of the machine can increase the sprocket's lifespan. Sprocket rings are forged or cast from deep hardened steel, which provides nearly twice the hardening depth than regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.

Die Herstellung von Zahnkränzen und Segmenten ITR für Minibagger ist geeignet für eine breite Auswahl an Maschinenmodellen mit Kettenantrieb.

Von Minibaggern bis zu Bergbaumaschinen. Kettenräder werden im Gießverfahren hergestellt, während Segmente durch Schmieden gefertigt werden.

Zahnkränze sind gegossene, maschinell bearbeitete und wärmebehandelte Produkte, die allgemein für Bagger oder andere Maschinen mit Fahrwerk verwendet werden, die unter ähnlichen Einsatzbedingungen arbeiten.

ITR Antriebsräder - Funktionalität

Befestigung mit Schrauben. Die Anzugsart ist der Betriebsanleitung der Maschine zu entnehmen. Wichtig ist, Informationen zur Montage der Schrauben des Kettenrads und zu den Drehmoment-Spezifikationen zu erhalten.

Funktionen: Übertragung der Antriebskräfte vom Hauptgetriebe auf die Kette über Buchsen. Langlebigkeit mindestens entsprechend einer Buchsenseite, Rissbeständigkeit. Kettenräder werden so hergestellt, dass sie genau zu den Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Produktionsprozesse gewährleisten den korrekten Zusammenbau der Ausrüstung. Vorteile angeschraubter Kettenräder: Begrenzter Wartungsaufwand und kürzere Stillstandzeiten. Kein Risiko von Unwucht (Nicht-Konzentrizität).
Umkehrbar - das Versetzen der Räder auf die gegenüberliegende Maschinenseite kann die Lebensdauer des Kettenrads verlängern. Die Zahnkränze der Antriebsräder werden geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tiefgehärtetem Stahl, der eine etwa doppelt so große Härtetiefe wie gewöhnlicher Stahl gewährleistet. Material SCMn3A. Härtung 50 – 55 HRC.
