Sprockets ITR for Komatsu PC75

In the range of ITR sprockets, you will find products suitable for various machines, from JCB® 8008 (operating weight of the machine 0.95 tons) to KOMATSU® PC 1250 (operating weight of the machine 110 tons). Our sprockets are available for a wide range of machines, ensuring reliability and performance.

ITR Sprockets - Functionality

Sprockets with bolt mounting. Learn how to properly tighten them using the machine's operating manual. Ensure you have information regarding the installation of the track sprocket bolt and the appropriate torque.

Features: Transfer of drive loads from the main gearbox to the track via bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, crack resistance. Sprockets are manufactured to fit precisely to the bushings. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure proper equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted sprockets: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - transferring sprockets to the opposite sides of the machine can increase the lifespan of the sprocket. The crowns of the sprockets are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, which provides nearly twice the hardening depth compared to ordinary steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.

Antriebsräder werden so gefertigt, dass sie genau auf die Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Produktionsprozesse zur Sicherstellung der korrekten Montage der Baugruppe. Vorteile verschraubter Antriebsräder: Geringer Wartungsaufwand und kürzere Stillstandszeiten. Kein Risiko von Achsabweichungen. Umlaufbar – der Wechsel der Räder auf die gegenüberliegende Seite der Maschine kann die Lebensdauer des Antriebsrads erhöhen. Die Zahnringe der Antriebsräder sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tiefvergütetem Stahl, der nahezu doppelt so tief gehärtet ist wie gewöhnlicher Stahl. Material SCMn3A. Härte 50 – 55 HRC.
