In the ITR sprocket range, you will find products suitable for various machines, from JCB® 8008 (machine operating weight 0.95 tons) to KOMATSU® PC 1250 (machine operating weight 110 tons). Our sprockets are available for a wide range of machines, ensuring reliability and performance.

ITR Sprockets - Functionality

Sprockets with bolt-on mounting. Learn how to properly tighten them using the machine's operating manual. Ensure you have information regarding the installation of the track sprocket bolt and the appropriate torque.

Features: Transfer of drive loads from the main gearbox to the track via bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, crack resistance. Sprockets are manufactured to fit precisely to the bushings. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure proper equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted sprockets: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - transferring sprockets to the opposite sides of the machine can increase the lifespan of the sprocket. The crowns of the sprockets are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, which provides nearly twice the hardening depth compared to regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardness 50 – 55 HRC.

Funktionen: Übertragung der Antriebslasten von der Hauptuntersetzung auf die Kette über Buchsen. Haltbarkeit mindestens entsprechend einer Buchsenseite, bruchfest. Antriebsräder werden so gefertigt, dass sie exakt zu den Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Herstellungsprozesse zur Gewährleistung einer korrekten Montage des Antriebs. Vorteile von angeschraubten Antriebsrädern: Weniger Wartungsaufwand und kürzere Stillstandszeiten. Kein Risiko von Achsversätzen. Umkehrbar – das Umschlagen der Räder auf die gegenüberliegende Maschinenseite kann die Lebensdauer des Antriebsrades erhöhen. Die Zahnkränze der Antriebsräder sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tief gehärtetem Stahl, der nahezu die doppelte Härtetiefe im Vergleich zu gewöhnlichem Stahl bietet. Material SCMn3A. Härtung 50 – 55 HRC.
