Drive Sprockets ITR - Functionality

Ensure proper installation of the drive sprockets. The machine's manual provides information on tightening the mounting bolts. They provide key information on the installation of the chain wheel bolt and torque.

Reliable drive sprockets ensure effective transmission of driving loads from the main gear to the track through the bushings, guaranteeing durability and resistance to cracking. Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment assembly, and the reversibility of the drive sprockets allows for extending their lifespan by moving them to the opposite sides of the machine. The rims of the drive sprockets are made of deep-hardened steel, making them exceptionally durable and wear-resistant. Thanks to the SCMn3A material and hardening at a level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive sprockets are ready to withstand even the toughest working conditions.
