ITR undercarriage components are developed, designed, and constructed by USCO's engineering and R&D departments, using the latest CAD systems and in collaboration with partner universities. The ITR undercarriage product line is fully self-managed. From the purchase of raw materials, through the design of elements, mechanical processing of elements, heat treatment, the entire assembly process, up to and including final inspection. Numerous quality controls are carried out starting from the purchase of raw materials. The controls are based on knowledge and experience in the field of metallurgical processes and material engineering.

Functions of the upper support rollers: They support the track, between the sprocket and the tension wheel. The durability of the roller tread matches the durability of the track chain links. Support rollers have induction-hardened shells to increase surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength while maintaining core properties. Values in the range of 50 – 58 HRC. Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and ensure maximum strength. Lubricated for the entire lifespan to minimize maintenance.

Bronze plain bearing. The design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that may damage the shaft and seals. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones. The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand multiple tread lifespans, depending on individual conditions.

Die Fahrwerkskomponenten von ITR werden von den Entwicklungs- und Forschungsabteilungen der USCO unter Einsatz modernster CAD-Systeme und in Zusammenarbeit mit Partneruniversitäten entwickelt, konstruiert und gefertigt. Die Fahrwerksproduktlinie von ITR wird vollständig intern verwaltet. Vom Einkauf der Rohstoffe über die Konstruktion der Einzelteile, mechanische Bearbeitung, Wärmebehandlung, den gesamten Montagesprozess bis hin zur Endkontrolle. Zahlreiche Qualitätskontrollen beginnen bereits beim Rohstoffeinkauf. Die Kontrollen basieren auf Wissen und Erfahrung in metallurgischen Prozessen und Materialtechnik.

Funktionen der oberen Stützrollen: Sie stützen die Kette zwischen dem Kettenrad und dem Spannrad. Die Lebensdauer der Rollenlauffläche ist auf die Lebensdauer der Kettenglieder abgestimmt. Stützrollen sind induktionsgehärtete Schalen für erhöhte Oberflächenhärte, Verschleißfestigkeit und Ermüdungsbeständigkeit bei Erhaltung der Kernmaterialeigenschaften. Werte im Bereich von 50 - 58 HRC. Wellen und Lager sind so ausgelegt, dass sie Reibung und Verschleiß reduzieren und maximale Festigkeit gewährleisten. Geschmiert für die gesamte Lebensdauer, um minimalen Wartungsaufwand zu ermöglichen.

Bronzebüchsen-Lager. Das Design bietet eine große Oberfläche zur besseren Lastverteilung. Die weiche Bronzebeschichtung im Lager schützt vor kleinsten Verunreinigungen, die Welle und Dichtungen beschädigen könnten. Die Duo-Cone-Dichtung besteht aus zwei metallischen Dichtungsringen und zwei Gummiringen. Die Gummiringe üben auf beiden Seiten der metallischen Dichtungsringe den erforderlichen Druck aus. Beständig gegen dauerhafte Verformungen und Temperaturschwankungen von -40 °C bis 110 °C. Duo-Cone-Dichtungen sind so ausgelegt, dass sie mehrere Lebenszyklen der Lauffläche je nach individuellen Einsatzbedingungen überstehen.
