Support rollers for ITR mini excavators are specially designed for the toughest applications and environments.

A full range of sizes and types is available for all popular brands and models. ITR rollers are forged products made from selected materials such as boron steel, high-strength castings, and top-quality components.

Deep heat treatment and precise machining ensure uniformity and consistency in production. Accurate assembly, lifetime lubrication, and quality control during and after production ensure product performance and reliability.

The range of ITR track and support rollers covers from mini excavators to mining machines, from KOMATSU® PC05 (machine operating weight 1.4 tons) to HITACHI® EX25OO (machine operating weight 248 tons).

ITR undercarriage components are developed, designed, and constructed by USCO's engineering and R&D departments, using the latest CAD systems and in cooperation with partner universities. The ITR undercarriage product line is entirely self-managed, from raw material purchasing, part design, mechanical processing of parts, heat treatment, through the entire assembly process to final inspection. Numerous quality controls are conducted starting from raw material purchase. The controls are based on knowledge and experience in metallurgical processes and materials engineering.

Functions of upper support rollers: They support the track between the sprocket and the tensioning wheel. The tread durability of the roller is matched to the durability of the track chain links. Support rollers have induction-hardened shells for increased surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength while maintaining core properties. Values range from 50 – 58 HRC. Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and provide maximum strength. Lubricated for the entire lifespan to minimize maintenance.

Bronze bushings. The design provides a large area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any fine contaminants that may damage the shaft and seals. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones. The rubber rings provide the appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lives, depending on individual conditions.

Die Unterwagenkomponenten von ITR werden von den Engineering- und Forschungsabteilungen von USCO entwickelt, konstruiert und mit den neuesten CAD-Systemen in Zusammenarbeit mit Partneruniversitäten hergestellt. Die Produktlinie der ITR-Unterwagen wird vollständig intern verwaltet. Von der Rohstoffbeschaffung über die Konstruktion der Bauteile, mechanische Bearbeitung, Wärmebehandlung, den kompletten Montageprozess bis hin zur abschließenden Qualitätskontrolle werden zahlreiche Qualitätsprüfungen durchgeführt, beginnend mit dem Rohstoffeinkauf. Die Prüfungen basieren auf Fachwissen und Erfahrung im Bereich metallurgischer Prozesse und Werkstofftechnik.

Funktionen der oberen Tragrollen: Sie stützen die Kette zwischen dem Kettenrad und dem Spannrad. Die Lebensdauer der Rolllaufbahn ist auf die Lebensdauer der Kettenglieder abgestimmt. Die Tragrollen sind induktiv gehärtete Gussteile, um die Oberflächenhärte, Verschleißfestigkeit und Ermüdungsfestigkeit zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig die Kernmaterialeigenschaften beizubehalten. Härtewerte im Bereich von 50 – 58 HRC. Wellen und Lager sind so ausgelegt, dass Reibung und Verschleiß reduziert und maximale Festigkeit gewährleistet werden. Schmierung für die gesamte Einsatzdauer zur minimalen Wartung.

Bronzebuchsenlager. Die Konstruktion bietet eine große Kontaktfläche zur besseren Lastverteilung. Die weiche Bronzebeschichtung im Lager schützt vor kleinsten Verunreinigungen, die Welle und Dichtringe beschädigen könnten. Die Duo-Cone-Dichtung besteht aus zwei Metall-Dichtungsringen und zwei Gummiringen. Die Gummiringe sorgen für den entsprechenden Druck auf beiden Seiten der Metall-Dichtungsringe. Beständig gegen dauerhafte Verformungen und Temperaturschwankungen von -40 °C bis 110 °C. Duo-Cone-Dichtungen sind so konstruiert, dass sie mehrere Lebenszyklen der Laufbahn, abhängig von den individuellen Einsatzbedingungen, überstehen.
