ITR Tensioning Wheel for YANMAR VIO30
They are made from selected high-quality steel alloys and are properly heat-treated to ensure exceptional field performance in extreme working conditions. Idler wheels ITR are assembled using state-of-the-art seals and bearing designs, produced to the most stringent specifications in the industry. The assembly takes place on production lines with an automatic oil filling process. Idler wheels can be selected in various configurations:

Quality of ITR Tensioning Wheels
The range of tensioning wheels includes equipment from mini excavators to mining machines from KUBOTA® K008 (machine working weight 0.9 tons) to KOMATSU® D475 A5 (machine working weight 101 tons). Functionality of ITR Tensioning Wheels
The function of the tensioning wheel is to support the track chain and guide it so that it winds correctly. Additionally, the tensioning wheel and tensioner work together to maintain a specific degree of track tension. The most important controllable factor in undercarriage wear is the correct chain tension. The correct sag for all conventional tracks is approximately 50mm (+-5mm). For example, a track on an 80-horsepower machine with a 12mm sag will have a tension value of 2540 kg when measured in the track tensioner. The same machine with a suggested sag of 50 mm will have a tension value of 362 kg. An excessively tensioned track increases pressure, causing greater wear on the track bushings when in contact with the sprocket teeth and in the chain-tensioning wheel-roller contact. Tread hardness equal to or greater than the chain links, carrier rollers, and support rollers ensures impact resistance and balanced durability. Material type: SCMn3A, hardening 50-55 HRC. Lifetime lubrication to minimize maintenance.
