Correct tension setting, e.g., 50 mm (+-5mm) for conventional tracks, has a significant impact on the machine's wear and performance. For example, an overly tight chain can lead to increased wear of the track bushings and drive wheel teeth. The appropriate hardness of the tread, equal to or greater than the chain links and carrier rollers, ensures resistance to damage and increases durability. Material: SCMn3A, hardening 50-55 HRC. Constant lubrication contributes to minimizing maintenance during operation.
