Spannrad mit Führungen KUBOTA KX61
Track tensioning wheel. Width of the inner guiding flange 31mm complete with shaft.
Tensioning wheels ITR for mini excavators and compact loaders are manufactured using the latest automated design and production processes.
ITR Tensioning Wheel for KUBOTA KX61
They are made from selected high-quality steel alloys and appropriately heat-treated to ensure exceptional field performance in extreme working conditions. Tensioning wheels ITR are assembled using state-of-the-art seals and bearing designs, manufactured according to the most stringent specifications in the industry. Assembly takes place on assembly lines with an automatic oil filling process. Tensioning wheels can be chosen in different configurations:
- Tensioning wheel shell
- Tensioning wheel with bushing and shaft
- Tensioning wheel with brackets
- Tensioning wheel with fork
- Tensioning wheel with tensioner
Quality of ITR Tensioning Wheels
The range of tensioning wheels covers equipment from mini excavators to mining machines from KUBOTA® K008 (machine operating weight 0.9 tons) to KOMATSU® D475 A5 (machine operating weight 101 tons). Engineering and R&D departments are located in Italy, South Korea, and China and work together to combine know-how, technology, and development capabilities. Engineering departments in each production facility have specific knowledge about locally produced components, while the headquarters of Italian Engineering coordinates all activities.
Functionality of ITR Tensioning Wheels
The function of the tensioning wheel is to support the track chain and guide it so that it is properly wound. Additionally, the tensioning wheel and tensioner work together to maintain a specified degree of track tension. The most important controllable factor in undercarriage wear is correct track tension. The proper deflection for all conventional tracks is about 50mm (+-5mm). For example, a track in an 80-horsepower machine with a 12mm deflection will have a tension of 2540 kg when measured at the track tensioner. The same machine with a suggested deflection of 50 mm will have a tension of 362 kg. Overly tightened tracks increase pressure, causing greater wear on the track bushings when in contact with the drive sprocket teeth and in the chain-tensioning wheel-roller contact. Tread hardness equal to or greater than the chain links, travel rollers, and carrier rollers ensures impact resistance and balanced durability. Material type: SCMn3A, hardening 50-55 HRC. Lifetime lubrication to minimize maintenance.
