Single flange roller shell used in excavators.

The durability of the roller shell tread is equal to the durability of the track chain links. No maintenance required throughout the roller's lifespan.

The roller shell is made of deeply hardened steel and designed to be vibration-resistant. Hardening 50 – 58 HRC.

Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and provide maximum strength. Lubricated for the entire lifespan to minimize maintenance.

Bronze plain bearing for use in tension rollers, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. An ideal solution for precise tensioning.

The sleeve design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any fine contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.

Duo-Cone seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber rings.

The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifetimes, depending on individual conditions.

Oil. Oil-lubricated track rollers use oil, which cools and lubricates better than grease.

Die Lebensdauer des Rollenmantelprofils entspricht der Lebensdauer der Kettenglieder der Kette. Keine Wartung während der gesamten Lebensdauer der Rolle erforderlich.

Rollenmantel aus tiefenvergütetem Stahl, konstruiert, um vibrationsbeständig zu sein. Härte 50 – 58 HRC.

Wellen und Lager sind so entwickelt, dass Reibung und Verschleiß reduziert und maximale Festigkeit gewährleistet werden. Schmierung für die gesamte Lebensdauer zur Minimierung der Wartung.

Bronzebuchsenlager für den Einsatz in Spannrollen, die einen sanften und leisen Betrieb gewährleisten. Ideale Lösung für präzises Spannen.

Die Buchsenkonstruktion bietet eine große Kontaktfläche für bessere Lastverteilung. Die weiche Bronzebeschichtung im Lager schützt vor feinen Verunreinigungen, die Welle und Dichtungen beschädigen könnten.

Duo-Cone-Dichtung. Dichtet den Öleinlass ab. Die Duo-Cone-Dichtung besteht aus zwei metallischen Dichtungsringen und zwei Gummiringen.

Die Gummiringe sorgen für den passenden Druck auf beiden Seiten der metallischen Dichtungsringe. Beständig gegen dauerhafte Verformungen und Temperaturveränderungen von -40 °C bis 110 °C. Die Duo-Cone-Dichtungen wurden so entwickelt, dass sie je nach individuellen Einsatzbedingungen mehrere Lebensdauern des Profils überstehen.

Öl. Laufrollen mit Ölschmierung verwenden Öl, das schneller kühlt und besser schmiert als Fett.
