Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment assembly, and the reversibility of the sprockets allows for extended lifespan by moving them to the opposite sides of the machine. The sprocket rings are made of deep-hardened steel, making them extremely durable and wear-resistant. Thanks to SCMn3A material and hardening at the level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive sprocket are ready to meet even the toughest working conditions.
