Zahnkränze sind gegossene, maschinell bearbeitete und wärmebehandelte Produkte, die allgemein für Bagger oder andere Maschinen mit einem Fahrwerk für ähnliche Einsatzzwecke verwendet werden.

Das Sortiment der ITR Antriebsräder umfasst Geräte von JCB® 8008 (Maschinenarbeitsgewicht 0,95 Tonnen) bis KOMATSU® PC 1250 (Maschinenarbeitsgewicht 110 Tonnen).

ITR Antriebsräder - Funktionalität

Befestigung mit Schrauben. Anziehverfahren gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung der Maschine. Wichtig ist, Informationen über die Montage der Schraube des Kettenrades und die Spezifikation des Drehmoments zu erhalten.

Funktionen: Übertragung der Antriebslasten vom Hauptgetriebe auf die Kette über Buchsen. Haltbarkeit mindestens entsprechend einer Buchsensitzseite, Rissbeständigkeit. Kettenräder werden so gefertigt, dass sie genau zu den Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Fertigungsprozesse zur Gewährleistung der korrekten Montage der Ausrüstung. Vorteile von angeschraubten Kettenrädern: Begrenzter Wartungsaufwand und kürzere Stillstandszeiten. Kein Risiko von Unwuchten.ˆWendbar – das Versetzen der Räder auf die gegenüberliegende Seite der Maschine kann die Lebensdauer des Kettenrades erhöhen. Die Kronen der Antriebsräder sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tiefgehärtetem Stahl, der eine ungefähr doppelt so große Härtetiefe wie gewöhnlicher Stahl bietet. Material SCMn3A. Härtung 50 – 55 HRC.
