Bolt mounting. Tightening method in the machine's operating manual. It is important to obtain information about the sprocket bolt installation and torque specifications.

Functions: Transferring drive loads from the main gearbox to the track through bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, resistance to cracking. Sprockets are produced to fit the bushings precisely. Strictly controlled manufacturing processes to ensure proper equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted sprockets: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - switching sprockets to opposite sides of the machine can extend sprocket lifespan. ITR-Antriebsräder – Funktionalität

Die Zahnkränze der Antriebsräder werden geschmiedet oder aus tiefgehärtetem Stahl gegossen, der fast die doppelte Härtetiefe im Vergleich zu normalem Stahl bietet. Material SCMn3A. Härtung 50 – 55 HRC.
