Drive sprocket ITR - Functionality

Ensure the secure assembly of sprockets. The machine's user manual provides instructions for tightening bolt mounts. They provide key information regarding the assembly of the chain sprocket bolt and torque.

Reliable drive sprocket ensure effective transmission of drive loads from the main gearbox to the track via sleeves, guaranteeing durability and resistance to cracking. Our sprockets are meticulously matched to the sleeves, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment assembly, and the reversibility of sprockets allows for increased lifespan by transferring them to opposite sides of the machine. Sprocket rims are made of deep-hardened steel, making them extremely durable and wear-resistant. Thanks to the SCMn3A material and hardening at a level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive sprocket are ready to withstand even the toughest working conditions.
