The ITR drive wheel range includes equipment from JCB® 8008 (machine operating weight 0.95 tons) to KOMATSU® PC 1250 (machine operating weight 110 tons).

Drive wheels ITR - Functionality

Bolt mounting. Tightening method is in the machine's manual. It's important to obtain information on the installation of the sprocket bolt and torque specifications.

Features: Transferring driving loads from the main transmission to the track via bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, resistance to cracking. Sprockets are produced to fit precisely with the bushings. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure proper equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted sprockets: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - transferring the wheels to opposite sides of the machine can increase the lifespan of the sprocket. The rims of the drive wheels are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, which provides nearly twice the hardening depth compared to regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.

Die Herstellung von Zahnkränzen und Segmenten von ITR für Minibagger ist geeignet für eine große Auswahl an Modellen kettengetriebener Maschinen.

Von Minibaggern bis zu Bergbaumaschinen. Kettenräder werden im Gießverfahren hergestellt, während die Segmente durch Schmieden gefertigt werden.

Zahnkränze sind gegossene, maschinell bearbeitete und wärmebehandelte Produkte und werden allgemein für Bagger oder andere Maschinen mit Fahrwerk eingesetzt, die unter ähnlichen Bedingungen arbeiten.

Das Sortiment der ITR Antriebsräder umfasst Geräte von JCB® 8008 (Betriebsgewicht der Maschine 0,95 Tonnen) bis KOMATSU® PC 1250 (Betriebsgewicht der Maschine 110 Tonnen).

ITR Antriebsräder – Funktionalität

Montage mit Schrauben. Die Anzugsmethode ist in der Bedienungsanleitung der Maschine beschrieben. Wichtig ist es, Informationen zur Montage der Kettenschraube und zur Drehmoment-Spezifikation zu erhalten.

Funktionen: Übertragung der Antriebslasten vom Hauptgetriebe auf die Kette über Buchsen. Haltbarkeit mindestens entsprechend einer Buchsenseite, Rissbeständigkeit. Kettenräder werden so gefertigt, dass sie genau auf die Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Fertigungsprozesse gewährleisten die korrekte Montage der Ausrüstung. Vorteile angeschraubter Kettenräder: Begrenzter Wartungsaufwand und kürzere Stillstandszeiten. Kein Risiko von Achsabweichungen.
Wendbar – das Versetzen der Räder auf die gegenüberliegende Seite der Maschine kann die Lebensdauer des Kettenrads erhöhen. Die Zahnkränze der Antriebsräder sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tief gehärtetem Stahl, der eine etwa doppelt so hohe Härtetiefe wie gewöhnlicher Stahl aufweist. Material SCMn3A. Härte 50 – 55 HRC.
