Drive sprocket ITR - Functionality

Drive sprocket with bolt mounting. Learn how to properly tighten them by using the machine's manual. Ensure you have information regarding sprocket bolt installation and the appropriate torque.

Features: Transferring drive loads from the main gearbox to the track through bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, resistance to cracking. Drive sprocket are manufactured to fit the bushings precisely. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure proper equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted drive wheels: Limited maintenance and reduced downtime. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - moving the wheels to the opposite sides of the machine can increase the lifespan of the drive wheel. Drive wheel rims are forged or cast from deeply hardened steel, providing nearly twice the depth of hardening compared to ordinary steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.

ITR-Antriebsräder – Funktionalität

Antriebsräder mit Schraubbefestigung. Erfahren Sie, wie Sie diese korrekt anziehen, indem Sie die Bedienungsanleitung der Maschine verwenden. Sichern Sie sich Informationen zur Montage der Schraube des Kettenrades und zum richtigen Drehmoment.

Funktionen: Übertragung der Antriebskräfte vom Hauptgetriebe auf die Kette über Buchsen. Haltbarkeit mindestens entsprechend einer Buchsenseite, Rissbeständigkeit. Antriebsräder werden so gefertigt, dass sie genau zu den Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Produktionsprozesse zur Gewährleistung einer ordnungsgemäßen Montage der Baugruppe. Vorteile verschraubter Antriebsräder: Eingeschränkte Wartung und kürzere Stillstandszeiten. Kein Risiko der Nicht-Koaxialität. Umkehrbar – das Umschwenken der Räder auf die gegenüberliegende Maschinenseite kann die Lebensdauer des Antriebsrades verlängern. Die Zähne der Antriebsräder sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tief gehärtetem Stahl, der nahezu die doppelte Härtetiefe im Vergleich zu gewöhnlichem Stahl bietet. Material SCMn3A. Härtung 50 – 55 HRC.
