Drive Sprockets ITR - Functionality

Drive Sprockets with bolt mounting. Learn how to properly tighten them by using the machine's operating manual. Ensure you have information regarding the chain sprocket bolt installation and the appropriate torque.

Features: Transferring drive loads from the main gearbox to the track via bushings. Durability equal to at least one bushing side, resistance to cracking. Drive Sprockets are manufactured to fit the bushings precisely. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure proper equipment installation. Advantages of bolted drive sprockets: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - moving sprockets to opposite sides of the machine can extend the lifespan of the drive sprocket. Sprocket rims are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, providing nearly twice the hardening depth compared to ordinary steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.

Funktionen: Übertragung der Antriebslasten von der Hauptgetriebe auf die Kette durch Buchsen. Haltbarkeit mindestens entsprechend einer Buchsenseite, Bruchfestigkeit. Antriebsräder sind so gefertigt, dass sie genau auf die Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Fertigungsprozesse zur Gewährleistung der korrekten Montage der Ausrüstung. Vorteile von angeschraubten Antriebsrädern: Eingeschränkte Wartung und kürzere Stillstandszeiten. Kein Risiko von Wellenversatz.
Wendbar – durch Umschwenken der Räder auf die gegenüberliegende Seite der Maschine kann die Lebensdauer des Antriebsrades verlängert werden. Die Flansche der Antriebsräder sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tief angehärtetem Stahl, der nahezu eine doppelt so hohe Härtetiefe wie herkömmlicher Stahl bietet. Material SCMn3A. Härtegrad 50 – 55 HRC.
