Advantages of bolted drive wheels: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - moving the wheels to opposite sides of the machine can increase the lifespan of the drive wheel. Drive wheel rims are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, which provides nearly twice the depth of hardening compared to ordinary steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.
