The ITR drive wheels offer includes products suitable for various machines, from JCB® 8008 (machine operating weight 0.95 tons) to KOMATSU® PC 1250 (machine operating weight 110 tons). Our drive wheels are available for a wide range of machines, ensuring reliability and performance.
Drive wheels ITR - Functionality
Drive wheels with bolt mounting. Learn how to properly tighten them using the machine's manual. Get information on the installation of the sprocket bolt and the appropriate torque.
Functions: Transferring drive loads from the main transmission to the track through bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, crack resistance. Drive wheels are manufactured to fit exactly with the bushings. Strictly controlled production processes ensure proper equipment installation. Advantages of bolted drive wheels: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - moving wheels to opposite sides of the machine can extend the drive wheel's lifespan. Sprocket rims are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, providing nearly twice the hardening depth of regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.
