Drive sprocket ITR - Functionality

Drive sprocket with bolt mounting. Learn how to properly tighten them using the machine's manual. Obtain information regarding the sprocket bolt installation and the appropriate torque.

Functions: Transmitting drive loads from the main transmission to the track through bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, resistance to cracking. Drive sprocket are manufactured to fit the bushing precisely. Strictly controlled production processes to ensure correct equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted sprockets: Limited maintenance and shorter downtimes. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - transferring the wheels to the opposite sides of the machine can extend the lifespan of the sprocket. Sprocket rims are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, offering nearly twice the hardening depth of ordinary steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.

Funktionen: Übertragung der Antriebskräfte vom Hauptgetriebe auf die Kette durch Buchsen. Langlebigkeit mindestens einer Buchsenbreite, Rissbeständigkeit. Antriebsräder werden so gefertigt, dass sie exakt auf die Buchsen passen. Streng kontrollierte Fertigungsprozesse zur Gewährleistung des richtigen Geräteeinbaus. Vorteile von verschraubten Antriebsrädern: Eingeschränkter Wartungsaufwand und kürzere Stillstandszeiten. Kein Risiko von Achsversatz. Wendbar – das Umlagern der Räder auf die gegenüberliegende Maschinenseite kann die Lebensdauer des Antriebsrades erhöhen. Die Zahnkränze der Antriebsräder sind geschmiedet oder gegossen aus tief gehärtetem Stahl, der etwa doppelt so tief gehärtet ist wie herkömmlicher Stahl. Material SCMn3A. Härtung 50 – 55 HRC.
