Drive Wheels ITR - Functionality

Ensure secure assembly of the drive wheels. The machine’s manual provides the method for tightening the bolt fittings. They provide key information regarding the assembly of the sprocket bolt and torque.

Reliable drive wheels ensure effective transmission of drive loads from the main gear to the track through bushings, guaranteeing durability and resistance to cracking. Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment assembly, and the reversibility of the drive wheels allows for increased lifespan by transferring them to the opposite sides of the machine. The rims of the drive wheels are made from deeply hardened steel, making them extremely durable and wear-resistant. Thanks to the SCMn3A material and hardening at the level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive wheels are ready to withstand even the toughest working conditions.
