A full range of sizes and types is available for all popular brands and models. ITR rollers are forged products made from selected materials such as boron steel, high-strength castings, and top-quality components.

Deep heat treatment and precision machining ensure uniformity and consistency in production. Accurate assembly, lubrication for the entire service life, and quality control during and after production ensure the efficiency and reliability of the product.

The range of ITR track rollers and carrier rollers includes everything from mini excavators to mining machines, from KOMATSU® PC05 (machine operating weight 1.4 tons) to HITACHI® EX2500 (machine operating weight 248 tons).

ITR undercarriage components are developed, designed, and constructed by the engineering and research and development departments of USCO, using the latest CAD systems and in collaboration with partner universities. The ITR undercarriage product line is entirely managed in-house. Starting from the procurement of raw materials, through the design of components, mechanical processing of components, heat treatment, the entire assembly process, to final inspection. Numerous quality controls are conducted starting from the procurement of raw materials. The controls are based on knowledge and experience in metallurgical processes and materials engineering.

Functions of upper carrier rollers: They support the track, between the sprocket and the track idler. The durability of the roller tread is matched to the durability of the track chain links. Carrier rollers have shells induction hardened for increased surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength while maintaining core properties. Values in the range of 50 – 58 HRC. Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and ensure maximum strength. Lubricated for the entire service life for minimal maintenance.

Bronze sliding bearing. The design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any fine contaminants that may damage the shaft and seals. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones. The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40 °C to 110 °C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several lifetimes of the tread, depending on individual conditions.

Die ITR-Fahrwerkskomponenten werden von den Engineering- und F&E-Abteilungen von USCO entwickelt, konstruiert und mit den neuesten CAD-Systemen sowie in Zusammenarbeit mit Partneruniversitäten gefertigt. Die ITR-Fahrwerksproduktlinie wird vollständig eigenständig verwaltet. Angefangen vom Rohstoffeinkauf über die Teilekonstruktion, mechanische Bearbeitung der Teile, Wärmebehandlung, den gesamten Montageprozess bis hin zur Endkontrolle. Zahlreiche Qualitätsprüfungen werden bereits beim Rohstoffeinkauf durchgeführt. Die Kontrollen basieren auf Wissen und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Metallurgie und Werkstofftechnik.

Funktionen der oberen Stützrollen: Sie tragen die Kette zwischen dem Kettenrad und dem Spannrad. Die Lebensdauer der Rollenlaufbahn ist auf die Lebensdauer der Kettenglieder des Kettenlaufwerks abgestimmt. Die Stützrollen verfügen über induktiv gehärtete Gehäuse zur Erhöhung der Oberflächenhärte, Verschleißfestigkeit und Ermüdungsfestigkeit bei Erhaltung der Kerneigenschaften. Härtewerte im Bereich von 50 – 58 HRC. Wellen und Lager sind so konstruiert, dass Reibung und Verschleiß reduziert und maximale Festigkeit gewährleistet werden. Lebenslang geschmiert für minimalen Wartungsaufwand.

Bronzierte Gleitlager. Die Konstruktion bietet eine große Oberfläche für bessere Lastverteilung. Die weiche Bronze-Beschichtung im Lager schützt vor feinen Verunreinigungen, die Welle und Dichtungen beschädigen könnten. Die Duo-Cone-Dichtung besteht aus zwei Metalldichtungsringen und zwei Gummiringen. Die Gummiringe gewährleisten den richtigen Druck auf beiden Seiten der Metalldichtungsringe. Beständig gegen dauerhafte Verformungen und Temperaturschwankungen von -40 °C bis 110 °C. Duo-Cone-Dichtungen sind so ausgelegt, dass sie je nach individuellen Bedingungen mehrere Lebensdauern der Laufbahn überstehen.
